Eight Lectures, Eight Nights

As the College moves to a digital teaching environment, Ed Tolputt (Deputy Head Academic) has set up a series of online lectures titled Eight Lectures, Eight Nights.

Tonight’s is all about adventure, paddleboarding to be specific. Spike Reid is going to deliver a talk about the first-ever descent of the River Ganges by stand-up paddleboard. This epic journey of nearly 3,000km was primarily to raise awareness for the excessive single-use plastic that ends up in the ‘River of Life’ and other waterways, before reaching our oceans. Starts at 7.30pm.
