Financial Assistance for OMs

Funded by MCCF, we have a range of grants to support OMs as they leave Marlborough and enter the working world. In the past, OMs have received funding for professional training courses, internships, gap year plans, studying abroad, and hardship support.

The Marlburian Club Charitable Funds (MCCF – Charity No. 1063749) is the charitable arm of the Marlburian Club and has been set up to support Old Marlburians, their dependents and for the general benefit of the College.

MCCF have a range of grants available for those in need, hardship or distress. OMs can be supported with grants for professional training courses, internships and studying abroad.

It is not just OMs that can ask for support.  MCCF support current pupils with scholarships, bursaries and gap year funds for those planning on doing charitable work.

In addition, MCCF has given considerable financial help to the College, making it possible for the College to undertake capital improvements which would otherwise have been beyond its means. For example, the Sixth Form Social Centre, the Marlburian, mobile shelving in the College Archives and contributing to the refurbishment of the Memorial Hall.

If you are an OM or pupil and require financial assistance or need support to fulfil your aspirational career plans, please email marlburianclub@marlboroughcollege.org and mark it for the attention of the MCCF Trustees.
