Julie Brook launches her latest exhibition

Julie Brook (LI 1977-79) launched her latest exhibition, ‘What is it that will last?’ earlier this year, which will continue to be on display at the Pangolin London until 30th June.

The exhibition uses film, photography and drawing to capture her experiences in wild and inaccessible locations around the globe. Having initially spent a large proportion of time living and working in remote Scotland, this encouraged Julie to explore other unusual landscapes including Namibia, Japan and Libya and most recently, working on a very challenging trip in Upper Mustang, Nepal.

With her depth of knowledge and experience in remote Scottish locations, next month, Julie will be giving an illustrated talk on the evolution of her work and connection to the Scottish Landscape. More about Julie’s work and how to book tickets for the talk can be found here.
