‘Sit Down, Stop Waving your Arms About!’ an autobiography by Anthony Inglis

Anthony Inglis has recently published an autobiography, ‘Sit Down, Stop Waving your Arms About!’, which is full of stories and anecdotes from his life. Anthony is a conductor of international repute and has conducted all over the world in many genres from the rock band The Scorpions to Bizet’s opera Carmen. 

His 33-year tenure at Phantom of the Opera in London, and his Musical Directorship of two orchestras plus his continuing leadership with one of those orchestras, Katherine Jenkins OBE and Cunard Line, ensures he is still as busy as ever.
