Honor Edwards (LI 2019-2021) to run the Richmond marathon

Honor Edwards (LI 2019-2021) is running the Richmond marathon in September to raise money for the charity Mind.

After struggling with her mental health during the lockdowns and her first term at university, she wants to give back and support others who are struggling. In her final term at Marlborough, she raised over £1000 for the youth suicide charity, Papyrus by running a half marathon. However, she now wants to push this goal further and has already raised over £3000 with her marathon efforts. This is a cause really close to her heart not only due to her own experience but also because of the loss of her friend Oliver Chessher (CO 2019-2021).

Any support for Honor’s and Mind’s cause would result in more individuals being able to receive the support they need and deserve. You can find out more on her Just Giving page.
