Marlburian Monday: Julia de Boinville

The latest in the Marlburian Monday series saw Julia de Boinville (TU 2006-08) give a talk entitled ‘The Fight Against Modern Slavery’.

Julia is Co-Founder of The Anti-Slavery Collective (TASC); an independent collective fighting against the global epidemic of modern slavery. By launching TASC Julia and her co-founder, HRH Princess Eugenie, are endeavouring to raise awareness, convene changemakers, and highlight the amazing work of the movement against modern slavery.

This virtual event was hosted by Club President Catherine Stewart (LI 1974-76), with Julia discussing how she first heard about the issue of modern slavery, the founding of TASC and their aim to become one of the largest global platforms for information and collaboration in the anti-slavery movement.
