Remembrance Service 2020
On Sunday 8th November, Remembrance Sunday, the College would have been gathering in our beautiful Chapel for a Service to remember those Old Marlburians who have fought and fallen in all conflicts, but perhaps especially for the 749 of our number who died in The Great War and the 417 who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the Second World War, as well as OMs who have died serving their country more recently.
Always a poignant occasion, we come together to make sure that no-one is forgotten and to remember and honour those who have sacrificed themselves to secure and protect our freedom.
In line with Covid guidance, the traditional ceremony was unable to take place in the usual way so the Service and parade were recorded, with the pupils watching from their Houses, to ensure that this important occasion is still marked appropriately.
We very much hope that, should you wish to, you join us in remembrance.
You can access the video of the Service on this page.
