OM Gets Cambridge Place

Congratulations to Claudia Vyvyan (MO 2014-19) who has been offered a place at Robinson College, Cambridge, to read Education Policy and International Development.

Claudia is currently on her gap year and has spent time in Ghana, working with the charity, EduSpots, which has supported 300 educational catalysts in 40 communities in creating community-led education ‘spots’, powered by solar, focusing on sustainable development and leading programmes in practical STEM and literacy development.

When she returned from Ghana, Claudia gave a presentation at a Kempson Rosedale Trust event at St John’s Marlborough, describing the details of her trip. She plans to do some more travelling in South East Asia later in the year and continues her work with EduSpots.

We are also delighted to extend warm congratulations to ten current pupils who have received offers to study at Oxford, Cambridge and Princeton. You can read more about the offers on the College site here.
