“The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader with a track record of success in their chosen field and will be intellectually capable and curious with the gravitas to operate at Board (or equivalent) level.”

He or she will be keen to play a visible role in the life of the College, engaging with all colleagues and providing open and inspirational leadership. It is vital that the Bursar is innovative, commercial and strategic, who can quickly understand the challenges of the sector and lead Marlborough College successfully through them. The successful candidate will be committed to engaging in, and supporting, the College’s ambition to significantly increase access to a Marlborough education through the provision of bursaries.
