Mike Bush Cycles London to Surrey
This Sunday 4th August, Mike Bush (TU 1993-98) is entering the RideLondon-Surrey100 2019 to raise money for Bliss, a charity that helps ensure that babies born premature or sick in the UK have the best chance of survival and quality of life.
Bliss does this by supporting parents to care for their babies, campaigning for better neonatal care and enabling life-changing research.
Mike said, “Our daughter Emma was born six weeks premature last August. She spent the first four weeks of her life in the Special Care Baby Unit at the Great Western Hospital, Swindon and received fantastic care from the team of Doctors and Nurses there. We are grateful that, despite her unexpected early start in life, she is now a healthy and happy baby girl”.
