Are you a golfer? Would you like to find out more about being in the OM Golfing Society?

The Old Marlburian Golfing Society was established in 1925 and has thrived ever since. They have more than 300 members and more than forty fixtures throughout the year.

As David Coe (B1 1949-52), the President of the Society says, “the OMGS is not just for the expert low handicapped player, we cater for all levels of ability and are a very friendly club within a club. I have had over 30 most enjoyable years making good friends from playing in our matches and at our excellent meetings at many different and superb courses.

Too often I have come across OMs of all ages who felt that their golf was not good enough to join this society. This is nonsense. Yes we like to praise our top teams and maybe talk too much about their achievements but this is only part of the whole and there are matches for all levels of ability.”

If you enjoy golf and would like to be part of this sociable and inclusive group email David Coe or find out more here.
