BAFTA Winner

IT has just come to our attention that Matt Reid (CO 1985-90) won his first BAFTA last year (2015) as part of the team on “The Island with Bear Grylls”.

His other documentary work has included “Jon Richardson Grows Up” and “Monarchy: The Royal Family at Work”. Matt – told the College that he made his first steps into filming in the audio/visual department – has also made a film about the band, New Model Army called Between Dog & Wolf which had a cinema release and is currently available on DVD. Matt particularly enjoyed the dichotomy of filming such diametrically opposed British institutions in close succession.

He has also made many documentaries for Sport/Comic Relief and is currently making a film about Bradley Wiggins as he prepares for Rio de Janeiro.
