‘Blake’ singing Live In Concert

OLLIE Baines (C1 1996-01) who sings with British vocal group ‘Blake’ has appeared on the Graham Norton show with both his counterparts, and Dame Shirley Bassey, singing their festive single ‘The Christmas Song’.

The collaborative act appeared on the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special, with their single in aid of children’s charity Variety and Noah’s Ark children’s hospital. They will be singing the biggest songs from their six albums on their 2016 UK wide tour.

Blake launched their first album in 2007, only six months after the three reunited as friends on social media outlet, Facebook. The debut went straight to number one in the UK Classical Chart, got into the Top Twenty pop chart and sold over 100,000 copies in its first three weeks of sale.

Baineshas sung since the age of eight, plays the French horn, Trumpet and Piano and attended the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama after Marlborough.
